Upload an avatar and banner image and add details that highlight what makes your content unique and special.
To add your avatar and banner, go to Personalize Store > Basic Information > Branding
Avatar Image
An avatar image helps people recognize you. Without one, your most recent clips become your default Avatar Image.
- Recommended:188px x 188px (JPG or PNG)
Banner Image
A banner image enhances your store’s visual appeal, reflecting your personality, interests, or brand. Without one, your store will display a Clips4Sale banner.
- Recommended: 1920px x 220px (JPG or PNG)
If your avatar/banner features a performer, you must select the performer profile. Performer documents are needed to ensure the content complies with adult industry standards. Only approved performer documents will be available for selection.
Featured Performers
Choose the performers who appear in the avatar or banner.
- If the performer profile already exists in your store, select it from the Choose Performers dropdown.
- For new performers, select "Add New Performer", enter the performer/stage name, DoB and upload ID and consent form and hit "save". The performer documents will undergo Compliance review and only approved performer documents will be available for selection.

Once you crop/resize your avatar/banner image, click "done" to send for Compliance review.
Avatar/Banner Compliance statuses:
- PENDING - means your avatar or banner, along with associated performers is being reviewed by Compliance.
- REJECTED - means the avatar or banner, along with associated performers is declined during the Compliance review. Check your email for notification from the Compliance team with the reason for rejection.
- Clicking the info button will also display the rejection reason

- APPROVED - indicates that the avatar or banner passed compliance review, is active and currently displayed on the store page.
