If you appear in the content you need to have a Performer Profile. If you are the store owner you can use a general consent form for all of the content posted on your store currently and in the future.
You can use this Owner/Performer Consent form, and we also suggest watching the How to Make an Owner/Performer Profile tutorial.
After the Performer Profile has been created, whenever you add new content all you need to do is select your profile from the list to identify yourself as being in the clip.
IMPORTANT: The provided consent form cannot be used for 3rd party independent performers.
