Even as a Solo Performer you need to create a Performer Profile for yourself with your photo ID and a general consent form for all of the content on your store posted currently and in the future.
You can use this Solo Performer Consent Form, and we also suggest watching the “How to Make a Solo Performer Profile” tutorial.
After the Performer Profile has been created, whenever you add new content all you need to do is select your profile from the list to identify yourself as being in the clip.
IMPORTANT: The provided consent form cannot be used for 3rd party independent performers.
