How C4S Chat Works

Getting started is simple:

  1. Log in to your Creator Workspace
  2. Open Chat - click the C4S Chat notification in the top-right corner, or go straight to C4S Chat.
  3. Start chatting with your customers.

How do customers chat with me?

A chat button is available on your store page beneath your avatar, allowing customers to start a chat with you.




When you’re online, your avatar shows the ONLINE status. When you’re offline, your avatar appears normal, but the chat button remains available so you can view messages once you come online.



Can you turn off or disable chat?

You can disable chat by toggling the button off in your Creator Workspace → Settings → Chat Availability.


Keep in mind:

  • When chat is disabled, customers will not see you as online and cannot message you.
  • Custom requests are handled via chat, including delivery. Disabling chat will prevent customers from requesting customs.


Keeping chat enabled allows you to engage with customers and unlock additional earning opportunities:
