If you're experiencing issues with uploads not starting in Creator admin, or it reaches 100% and restarts, try uploading the clip via Creator Workspace: https://workspace.clips4sale.com/upload but first, check file requirements to make sure:
- The file name is alphanumeric (abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz 0123456789) and does not contain bad words or special characters such as ‘ @ * # ? “ \ / , etc. It can only have an underscore, blank space or a hyphen (e.g., my_vid_1432.mp4 or my vid 1432.mp4).
- The file name doesn’t have any additional periods (e.g., myvid.1432.mp4).
- The size does not exceed the maximum file size of 8GB.
- Clip file duration is at least 60 seconds.

If you're still unable to upload, here are further troubleshooting steps:
- Clear cache and cookies - sometimes, old cache and cookies can cause upload problems.
- Use incognito mode - this mode has no saved cache and also disables extensions that could be interfering with your upload.
- Check your internet connection - make sure you have a stable internet connection, try restarting or switching networks if possible.
- Update or change browser - ensure your browser is up to date and if the issue persists, try a different browser.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the upload issue. If the problem continues though, gather the following information and contact our Creator Experience team to help you! They’re available 24/7 via chat, phone or email!
