About Pay Per Messaging

Pay-Per-Message is a feature that allows creators to charge users for sending chat messages. 


You can set different message prices for: 

  • Non-paying customers
  • Followers
  • Fans who have tipped
  • Customers who have purchased clips


How to enable Pay-Per-Message

Pay per messaging is off by default. To enable it:

  • Go to your Chat Settings.
  • Toggle Pay-Per-Message ON.
  • Set the rates for the applicable user types.
    • The minimum per message is $0.10, and the maximum is $999.99.



Can you change the PPM rates later?

Absolutely! Simply go back to Chat Settings, adjust the rate and the new rate will apply to future messages.



Commission and Tracking

Creators receive 60% of each Pay-Per-Message transaction.


Note: PPM earnings are tracked under Chat → Statistics as Income.

You will NOT receive a sales receipt for pay-per-messaging.



How does the customer pay?

Customers see the cost before sending a message. They pay for messages from their C4S Wallet.
