How do customers unlock the clips?
When you send a customer a clip to unlock, clicking the Unlock button will take them to checkout.
- Customers can pay using any available payment method on checkout.
- If the customer has a saved card, they can use one-click purchase and bypass the checkout, instantly unlocking the clip.
Once the payment is successful, the clip is unlocked, and the customer can download or stream it directly from chat or from their user account.
Can customers preview the clips before unlocking?
Yes! Customers can hover their mouse over a clip to play a preview before deciding to unlock it.
How do you know when a customer has unlocked a clip?
When a customer unlocks a clip:
- You will receive an email receipt.
- The clip will show an “Unlocked” status in chat.
Clips that have not yet been unlocked by a customer will display a “Not unlocked yet” status.
