Most refunds fall under one of these categories:

  • Clip technical or access problems;
  • Content misrepresentation;
  • Billing Errors;
  • Violation of website policies;
  • Fraudulent activity;

When a sale is refunded, that amount is subtracted from your commission and the customer loses access to the purchased clip/content that has been refunded.


You can pull a Refund Report in the Creator Admin by following the steps below:

1. Go to SALES > RUN REPORT and select 'Refunds and Chargebacks'

2. Choose the date range you're interested in and then click 'Run Report"
