Most refunds fall under one of these categories:
- Clip technical or access problems;
- Content misrepresentation;
- Billing Errors;
- Violation of website policies;
- Fraudulent activity;
When a sale is refunded, that amount is subtracted from your commission and the customer loses access to the purchased clip/content that has been refunded.
