Performer Management


This is where you can see and manage all your performer profiles in one place. Search by the performer name or ID, export a CSV file with the list of performers and their details, and add a new performer. 


  • The "All Performers" tab has all the performers created in your store. You can view performer names, performer ID#, number of clips they are associated with, DOB, date added and status. 
    • Click the "edit" button to edit the performer profile and add or remove documents. 
    • Click the three dor menu to delete the performer profile.


  • The "Action Required" tab has all the performer profiles that require additional documents. Click the "add new document".



What do the performer profile statuses mean?

  • COMPLETE - Performer profile and documents have been reviewed and approved.
  • UNDER REVIEW - Performer profiles or documents are in the review queue. 
  • INCOMPLETE - Performer profile or documents cannot be validated and have been rejected. Check the "action required" tab or your email for more information on what needs to be fixed.



Performer profile rules:

  • Enter the performer's stage/model name, not their legal name;
  • The performer profile name must be unique;
  • The filename must be alphanumeric. Make sure you do not use any special characters or blank spaces in the filename;
  • Accepted file formats for ID and consent form are: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .pdf and max file size is 5MB per file.
