You can redact (blur) only the address on a Performer’s Photo ID; all other information is required - including the ID number as it is validated for authenticity.
If you collect a Performer’s Social Security Number (SSN - for US Performers or another type of private tax related ID number) we DO NOT want this information and you should redact it from your forms. Please do not submit a Performer’s Social Security Card (or non-Photo ID) as a form of ID, it is not a valid Photo ID.
