With Digital Consent, Creators can easily request ID verification and Consent Forms from their Co-Performers via email, simplifying compliance and streamlining content approval.

How It Works
Step 1: Creator Requesting Digital Consent
This option is only available on the "Action Required" tab on the My Content > Content Management page.
When selecting the “Add Performers” bulk action on the Action Required tab, you can either upload performer documents or request digital consent directly from performers. Here are the steps to follow:
- Press “Add Performer(s)” button under bulk actions;
- Select “Request Digital Consent”;
- Enter the performer’s email and/or phone number;
After that, the clip(s) are sent for digital consent, and they have a “Consent Requested” status in CW until a performer approves them.
Step 2: Digital Consent Request - Performer Actions
When the performer receives your email to confirm digital consent, they first need to do the age verification to confirm they are 18 years or older and only after that they’ll proceed to the page with a list of their clips requiring digital consent.
Age verification is powered by Yoti and performers need to scan their face and capture or upload a photo ID.
After completing the age verification, performers proceed to a page where they see the clips that they are being asked to consent to having on C4S. Here they can watch the clip previews and approve the request individually for each clip or in bulk.
Clicking the “Approve” button brings the performer to the digital consent agreement form on the secure RightSignature site.
When consent is confirmed, a success modal appears with the "Consent granted successfully" message and the clip status changes to "Accepted”. The performer can move on to the next clip(s) in the list.
