What is the Custom Clip Order Form?
It’s a customizable menu that allows customers to order custom clips through Chat. You set your prices and options, and customers build their order from your custom clip menu.

What can I customize on my menu?
You can set:
- Per-minute base price (calculated in 5-minute blocks: 5min, 10min, 15min, 20min, etc.)
- Minimum/maximum video lengths.
- Custom add-ons with individual prices.
- Priority delivery options (24 hours / 1 week / 2 weeks).
- Resolution pricing (HD default + 4K upcharge).
- Exclusivity price (optional).
- Private creator notes (visible only to you and Compliance).
How do I share my custom form with customers?
You can share your unique customs link directly to customers via C4S Chat and Bulk Messaging.

When do I see customer orders?
Only after Moderation approves the customer-submitted custom form.
Creators cannot see pending compliance reviews.
Once it’s approved, it appears in the Jobs section of the Customs Admin under the Action Required tab - https://customs.clips4sale.com/admin/customs
Why is Compliance reviewing orders first?
Please be informed that the Compliance Department reviews every custom clip order to prevent the creation of prohibited content and ensure all requests follow our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Compliance checks each order customer order:
- Before you see the customer’s request.
- After you submit and deliver the completed custom clip.
Can I adjust pricing after receiving a customer’s order?
Yes. You can adjust the final price within the allowed limits based on:
- Negotiations in chat
- Additional requests
- Feasibility or complexity
Note: You should communicate the updated details and price to the customer via chat for their approval.
How does the customer pay?
Customers pay up front through the existing tip service in Chat.
What is the commission rate for Custom Clip orders?
Creators earn 80% commission on all Custom Clip sales.
What happens after payment?
Once you receive the tip, you can mark the job as Paid and from this moment, you have the timeframe specified in the custom order to deliver the clip and mark the job as complete.
What is the delivery deadline?
You must deliver the final clip within 4 weeks of the order being confirmed unless the customer paid for priority delivery.
Paid priority delivery options include:
- 24 hours
- 1 week
- 2 weeks
What if I miss the deadline?
As the delivery date approaches, you’ll receive an email reminder that the deadline is near and a refund may be issued if the clip isn’t delivered on time. If you need more time, you should discuss any extension with the buyer in Chat before the deadline.
How do I deliver the final clip?
You can upload the video (up to 10 GB, supported formats only) through Your Custom Job - https://customs.clips4sale.com/admin/customs
The clip will undergo Compliance review, and once approved, the customer will receive an automatic notification with the download link via Chat.
What if an order is rejected by Compliance?
You and the customer will receive a rejection notice with the reason.
If the customer has already paid, the system automatically processes a full refund.
Will I be reminded about pending custom orders?
Yes. You can use the Custom Jobs tracking interface to monitor all your pending custom orders: https://customs.clips4sale.com/admin/customs
You will also receive an email notification 7 days before the custom is due, reminding you to submit the clip. If it isn’t delivered by the deadline and any extensions are not communicated to the buyer, a refund may be issued and the sale could be forfeited.
Can I add private notes to an order?
Yes. There is a private “Creator Notes” field visible only to you and our Compliance team.
Use it for:
- Personal reminders
- Constraints
- Safety notes
- Clarifications
