You can import performers from other stores you own if:
- The stores are under the same Payable Name and are not closed.
- The performer profiles have a status of “Complete” or “Under Review” (profiles marked “Incomplete” cannot be imported).
How to Import Performers
- Log in to the store account you want to import Performers into.
- Go to Performer Management.
- Click “Import Performers” to open a pop-up listing all your available stores.
- Select the store you want to import performers from.
- Authenticate by signing in with your username and password.
- Once authenticated, you’ll see the number of performers successfully imported.
- You can repeat this process to import performers from multiple stores.
- Close the pop-up and refresh your browser tab—your imported performers will now be listed in your store account.
