  • These Platform to Business Regulation terms outline how Business Users can submit complaints and engage in mediation to resolve disputes.

  1. Definitions

Unless defined in these Platform to Business Regulation terms, all terms will have the same meanings as those provided in the Terms of Service.

  1. Applicability

These Platform to Business Regulation terms apply only to Creators who are established or reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

  1. Promoting via Social Media

We may promote Creators or Stores through our social media accounts.

  1. Suggesting Creators on Clips4Sale

We may suggest that Customers follow specific Creator accounts.

  1. Ranking on Clips4Sale

The Clips4Sale homepage features top-selling clips, popular stores, and collections that include older content. Users can explore content through “Explore Your Fetish,” “Top Clips in Your Location,” personalized recommendations, and browse newly launched or updated stores. Additionally, Clips4Sale offers a search and discovery feature to help Users find content.

  1. Complaints

You may submit a complaint to support@clips4sale.com if it concerns:

  1. our alleged non-compliance with obligations under the Platform to Business Regulation that affect you;

  2. technological issues directly related to Clips4Sale that affect you; or

  3. actions or conduct by us directly related to Clips4Sale that affect you.

  1. Complaint Handling Process

When we receive a complaint submitted under these Platform to Business Regulation terms, we will:

  1. review your complaint and, if necessary, request additional information or documents to address the issue adequately;

  2. handle your complaint within a reasonable period, considering the complexity and importance of the issue; and

  3. notify you of the outcome of the internal complaint handling process in plain and intelligible language, either by email or through a message to your Clips4Sale account.

  1. Mediation Service

If your complaint under these Platform to Business Regulation terms is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaint-handling process, you may contact one of the following mediation services:

Both parties will act in good faith throughout the mediation process. However, attempting to resolve a dispute through mediation does not limit either party’s rights to commence legal proceedings at any time before, during, or after the mediation, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
