The Five Country Ministerial, comprising security leaders from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, promotes cross-sector collaboration to address global security challenges, including eradicating child sexual abuse material.

You must not upload, share, or generate any content on Clips4Sale that:

  • Depicts, involves, or attempts to depict a minor, real or fictional, in a sexual context.

  • Promotes, advocates, or references child sexual exploitation or abuse, including suggestive content about minors.

How Clips4Sale Addresses CSAM

  1. Detection and Prevention

Clips4Sale proactively monitors for CSAM through the following measures:

  • Human Moderation: A trained team of moderators reviews content around the clock to detect and act on suspected CSAM.

  • Advanced Technology: Tools such as hash databases (e.g., NCMEC Hash List), AI detection software (e.g., PhotoDNA), and other content filtering systems to prevent CSAM from being uploaded or shared.

  • Age Estimation Capabilities: We use advanced technologies to analyze and flag content for potential age concerns, including fictional or realistic depictions.

  • Regular Platform Audits: Frequent reviews of search terms, tags, and titles are conducted to ban potentially abusive or illegal content proactively.

  • Risk Assessments: Annual evaluations of our platform are conducted to identify and mitigate risks related to illegal content, including CSAM.

  1. Reporting and Removal

  • User Reporting: Anyone, including non-account holders, can report suspected CSAM via our Content Removal Request Form or by flagging content directly on the platform.

  • Immediate Action: All flagged or detected content is removed immediately, and accounts associated with such content are permanently banned.

  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: All confirmed cases of CSAM are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate authorities for further action.

  • Appeals Process: Users may appeal a removal decision related to suspected CSAM in accordance with the Appeals Policy. Appeals are reviewed within a reasonable period, in compliance with law, without delaying mandatory reporting requirements.

  1. Transparency and Accountability

Clips4Sale is dedicated to maintaining transparency and accountability by:

  • Annual Transparency Reports: Publishing an annual transparency report, which includes:

    • The number of CSAM reports received and resolved.

    • The volume of content removed for CSAM violations.

    • An overview of the tools and measures used to detect and prevent CSAM.

  • Collaboration: Working with regulatory authorities, independent certification organizations, and child protection agencies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
