Clips4Sale is dedicated to providing a platform where Users can safely share their fetishes while adhering to legal standards. These acceptable use standards apply to:

  • Any Content you upload, share, or generate on Clips4Sale;

  • Any interactions or contact you make with other Users on Clips4Sale;

  • Links to or from Clips4Sale; and

  • Any other way you use Clips4Sale.

You must comply with these standards both in spirit and in letter.

We will determine, at our sole discretion, whether any Content or behavior violates these acceptable use standards.

You must not use Clips4Sale:

  • In any way that breaches local, national, or international laws or regulations.

  • In any manner that is unlawful or fraudulent, or for any purpose or effect that is unlawful or fraudulent.

  • To harm or attempt to harm minors in any way.

  • To bully, insult, intimidate, or humiliate any person without their consent.

  • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, share, post, use, or reuse any material that does not comply with our content standards.

  • To transmit or arrange the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation (spam).

  • To knowingly transmit data or upload material containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs or malicious computer code designed to disrupt or damage software or hardware.

Content must:

  • Be accurate, where it states facts.

  • Contain only opinions that are genuinely held.

  • Comply with the laws of the country from which it is posted and any country to which Clips4Sale is targeted.

  • Adhere to the guidelines set out in our Content Rules, NCC Policy, and our CSAM Policy.

Content must not:

  • Defame any person without their explicit consent, as part of a consensual interaction.

  • Be obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory in a manner that violates law or lacks the consent of all parties involved.

  • Infringe the copyright, database rights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any person, including uploading Content you do not own or have proper authorization to use.

  • Be likely to deceive any person outside of a consensual role-play or agreed-upon scenario.

  • Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.

  • Contain illegal content or promote any illegal activity or content.

  • Be threatening, abusive, or invasive of another’s privacy without their explicit consent, outside of consensual dynamics.

  • Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person without their explicit consent, outside of consensual fetish or role-play scenarios.

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person unless part of a consensual role-play dynamic clearly understood by all parties.

  • Give the impression that the Content emanates from Clips4Sale, if this is not the case.

  • Advocate, promote, or incite any party to commit, or assist in committing, any unlawful or criminal act, including (but not limited to) uploading unauthorized Content, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malicious software, engaging in fraudulent activity, facilitating prostitution, or engaging in or enabling human trafficking or sex trafficking.

  • Contain a statement which you know, believe, or have reasonable grounds to believe would be understood by members of the public as a direct or indirect encouragement or inducement to commit acts of terrorism.

Illegal content

In addition, you must not use Clips4Sale in any way that involves:

  • Terrorism-related activities, including advocating, promoting, or facilitating acts of terrorism.

  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse, including grooming, sharing child sexual abuse material, or any material involving minors. For more information, please refer to our CSAM Policy.

  • Encouraging or assisting suicide, attempted suicide, or acts of serious self-harm.

  • Harassment, stalking, threats, or abuse, unless clearly part of a consensual dynamic that complies with applicable laws.

  • Hate content, including material that promotes violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

  • Controlling or coercive behavior, unless clearly part of a consensual dynamic that complies with applicable laws.

  • Illegal drugs or substances, including promoting or facilitating the sale of drugs or psychoactive substances.

  • Firearms or weapons, including promoting or facilitating the sale of firearms, explosives, or other illegal weapons.

  • Human trafficking or sex trafficking, including the exploitation of individuals.

  • Non-consensual sexual acts or material, including depictions of non-consensual acts, revenge porn, or non-consensual exploitation of adults. For additional information, please refer to our NCC Policy.

  • Prohibited fetish content, including depictions of harm, bestiality, or any other content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

  • Sexually explicit deepfake content, including fabricated images or videos depicting individuals without their consent.

  • Illegal financial activities, including scams, laundering money, monetizing illicit funds, or engaging in fraudulent practices.
