Legacy is referring to any clips that were posted before October 15, 2021.
As long as no major changes are made to these clips, they do not need to have performer profiles attached to them. Creators can instead sign the Legacy Content Compliance Declaration as a blanket certification for their legacy content.
IMPORTANT: Creators who sign the declaration may be audited for compliance at any time, which would require them to provide the photo IDs and signed consent forms for all performers.
