Clip statuses refer to different states of availability and visibility of the clips that you add to your store. Here's the list of all clip statuses and their meaning:
- Draft - The clip has not yet been published or made available for sale to customers. Creators should edit and publish a draft within 30 days.
- Under Review - Clip awaiting Compliance review.
- Pending - Clip is allowed but has a correctable issue before it is live and available for sale to customers. Check your Creator Workspace for more information.
- Active - Clip has been approved by Compliance and is available to purchase.
- Hidden - Clip has been approved by Compliance, but has been hidden by the creator. Hidden clips are not visible to customers. Can be toggled to Active/Visible at any time. Doesn't require secondary review or approval.
- Scheduled for Later - Clip has been scheduled for a later date and time and will go live and be available to purchase at that scheduled time.
- Denied - The clip has been denied/rejected by Compliance.
- Corrupt - The clip cannot be processed or played because of file corruption or upload errors. Reupload to fix the issue.
