Content Management
The Content Management area is your central hub for managing all your clips. Here, you can view your entire library and easily spot items that require your action.
This tab displays your entire clip library (excluding deleted items). You can view clips across all statuses, including active, pending, under review, not active, and hidden. Use the search bar to find specific content by title, file name, description, keywords, Clip ID (CID), or tracking tag.
Filter your clips by featured performers, category, status, publish date, type (audio/video), and format.
Clicking an ACTIVE clip's title will take you directly to its public page on your store.
Each clip has an edit, view performance and options (three dots) menu, also called quick actions.
Click the quick actions menu (three dots) next to any clip to:
- Play preview
- Use as Template
- Copy Details
- Paste Details
- Download
- Hide or Show in store
- Add or Remove from Favorites
- Change price
- Manage thumbnail
- Manage preview
- Copy Clip ID
- Delete
- Exclude from C4S+ (only available for those clips that are part of C4S+)
Find all the clips you've uploaded but haven't yet finalized or submitted for review.
⚠️ Drafts Retention Policy
Draft clips that have been stored for more than 90 days will be automatically deleted.
Track any clips returned by the review team that require corrections before publishing. You'll also find clips marked as duplicates or corrupted here.
Acting as a recycle bin, this is a temporary holding area for deleted clips. You have 7 days to either restore a deleted clip to your store or permanently (force) delete it.
⚠️ Clips that have been in Deleted for more than 7 days will be automatically deleted.
